How are you?
As you must know by now, a mirror is a different web site that has the same file on it. There may be 5 or 10 mirrored web sites for something that has a lot of traffic. If you can't get on to a busy web site, you simply select one of the mirror sites to get the file you want. Look on the web page for the URL of the mirrored sites and select one or more to try. That's what I think this mirror stuff is.
