Looks like MacMall could lose their Apple-retailer license:

They shipped Tiger a week early. Read the followup
articles - looks like they're desperately trying to get customers
to send back their copies, offering free copies of iLife/iWork/.Mac
Observing the inattention of PCMall employees I see
everyday in the Torrance cafeteria, and the hype towards next
Friday's release, it's understandable someone screwed up and
thought the release date was today.
Look at this new feature list before deciding to buy:
http://www.apple.com/macosx/newfeatures/over200.html
I went through the list and decided that each feature was worth
$1. If I found $129 worth of features, it's worth buying.
I only found $50. However, we're Mac users used to paying
double for our computers, so Tiger is worth $100 to me. Since
amazon.com had a $35 rebate off the $129 MSRP, I have Tiger on
order from them.
